| Mashed CerdanyaIngredients for 6 persons:
• ½ kg COL WINTER
• ½ kg potatoes
½ KG • roasting FRESH
• ¼ liter of olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic
Boil the cabbage and potatoes with water and a pinch of salt. In addition, a portion of the fry chopped bacon. In the same oil we used, copper is the garlic and add the cabbage and potatoes previously drained.
Finally it all trenches and passes it to a very hot skillet for a bit of crust .
To complete the dish, fry some bacon and add to penques.
This dish can accompany arangada of salad.
